the H!P site confirms Inoue Rei is an Oha Girl. It also says that her appearances are occasional/unscheduled. She could appear on any day on Ohasuta, Monday through Friday. She has no specific regular day set.

A tidbit from the latest 12ki Nikki which I started translating:

Maria was really nervous about this because she hadn't been able to practice much (there was no place she could), but also because at the time of recording she could only throw it a certain amount that fell quite short of where she needed to get the ball to.

So the fact that she made it over the mound really is praiseworthy

It's a shame the ball didn't go where it was supposed to go, but she did well. Hopefully, she'll get another chance.
