Morning Musume '16 to be main guest at Anime Matsuri in Texas!

I guess its fair, since Morning Musume has been to California and New York. I can by no stretch of the imagination go to this, but I hope everyone has fun! Its going to be super cool with Miki there.

I'm still hoping Angerme or Juice=Juice goes to France or elsewhere in Europe within the next six months.

It could be possible that Maria and Akane won't be there. Even though underage members have been to overseas events before (MaaDuu), it's near the end of their last term of the school year. But I'd be glad if both come.

Me: Too lazy to go. Houston (like New York) is a city I've never been before and I'm afraid of going alone. The only Texas city I'm familiar with is El Paso.

But I hope every that goes has an great time over yanders!
PS: I hope ANGERME can come to the US soon. ;a; Probably not since Moe just joined, but I'd love to see them.

I really hope Morning Musume. '16 performs at a real concert venue, not a convention center hall.

^ Maybe. The George R. Brown Convention Center does have a 3600-seat theater… sort of…



It could be done with some creative stage design.

I wouldn't expect the organizers to rent an entirely different venue, though. Looking at their website, they appear to be a relatively small operation. They are not like Anime Expo getting the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

I may just end up selling off some of my collection to get there. I have friends in Texas who I may be able to stay with but we'll have to see.
