It seems they hired a (full time? ) translator, and he/she seems native or a skilled japanese one since the subs aren't literal or have engrish in them...

I hope this means that UFP is having some serious plans overseas (a H!P or MM World Tour would be FUCKING AWESOME!)

The translation is good but not great. Even with my crappy Japanese, I caught a few mistakes. The translator is definitely Japanese with English as a second language, rather than the other way around.

It very well could be Kaori Horiuchi from Backstage Pass.
