and all H!P performed Ganbacchae, with footage that H!P Kids performed in Hello! Project concert for the first time

The last song they sang with everyone on stage is Ganbacchae! after Utakata Saturday Night. The Ganbacchae! PV also started playing on the monitor as well.

I'm not sure how this could have happened in the first place. Tsugunaga Momoko is still around and so is Wada Ayaka.

It's not just seniority, Momusu is the flagship group.
